Garden Elements
Our Annuals and Vegetables are all locally grown. You can see the difference in the quality of our annuals and food crops that are grown locally. Our customers have had the most gardening success when purchasing products that have been cared-for and grown locally; that haven't been put through the rigors of shipping and climate changes.
We have had great success with our Garden Elements program. You will recognize them from the rest with their neon green pots. These beautiful annuals start to arrive in late April and continue blooming throughout the summer.

Shrubs

We carry many different varieties of deciduous and evergreen shrubs. From common boxwoods and junipers to hard-to-find hydrangeas and crape myrtles. Stop in to see what's in bloom!
Perennials and Roses
Knockout Roses
Like most of our plants, a majority of our Perennials are locally grown. Perennials are a great addition to any garden because you do not have to plant them each year; they come back!
Roses are also beautiful in any garden, especially the Knock Out varieties. They are strong bloomers-from spring to fall. They are also very disease resistant and consumer friendly. We offer a nice variety of roses.

Natives
We have American Beauties
We carry a full line of Native Perennials, Shrubs and Trees as there are many plants that are native to our area. Native sales have increased steadily in the past couple years. What makes natives appealing? They are very adaptable to our local climate, making most of them very easy to grow and care for. They also attract birds, hummingbirds, wildlife and butterflies. With all of these benefits, why wouldn't someone want a native plant?
Trees
Kousa Dogwood
Most of our pot-grown trees are grown in PA and come with a 3-year Guarantee. Our trees range from 7-15 gallon sizes, meaning they are already beginning to mature. We can even plant them for you, too!
Our Guarantee
All Nursery Stock (shrubs and trees) purchased at our garden center are guaranteed to be free from disease and insects for 3 months from the date of purchase. We offer this growing season guarantee with the knowledge that you, as the homeowner, will care for the plants by watering them regularly. Most new plantings require daily watering, especially in our hot, dry summer months.
Proof of purchase and returned plant must be submitted at the time of return in order to receive proper credit. Reimbursement will be for store credit or replacement plant only. Once the 3 month period has ended or homeowner neglect is apparent in the return process, Achin' Back reserves the right to not accept returned merchandise.
Landscapers Guarantee- All plants purchased and planted by Achin' Back/Chesco Landscaping will be guaranteed for 1 year, assuming plants have been properly cared for. Homeowner will be issued either a store credit or a replacement plant of their choice. Any labor costs to remove and re-plant will be additional.

Our grower, Eaton Farms, extends at 3-year guarantee on their plants. Only the plants with the Pennsylvania yellow and maroon hang tags are guaranteed. Please click on the tag to the right to view their policy.
