RETURN POLICY

All shrubs and trees purchased at our garden center are guaranteed for 3 months (a growing season).  Reimbursement will be for store credit or replacement plant only.  Plants can be returned for up to 3 months after the original purchase date.  Proof of purchase (receipt) and returned plant must be submitted at time of return.

Once you purchase a plant, it is your responsibility to water the plant correctly. During the initial planting, you should water at least once a day during the first few weeks. This also goes for the hot, dry summer months. Most plants are stressed by this weather and need to watered daily.

Following the 3 month time frame, no credit can be issued for returned merchandise unless it falls into the Pennsylvania Pride 3 Year Guarantee.

Our grower offers a 3 year guarantee on their plants and we extend this policy to you.  Click on the above picture to read about their policy.  If you purchase any Pennsylvania Pride shrubs or trees, please remember to hang onto your receipt as well as all the Eaton Farms/Pennsylvania Pride tags.
